Get PADI certified in Amed, then slow right down in Canggu.

Three weeks split between Bali's quiet east coast and its buzzing south. Do your PADI Open Water on the USAT Liberty wreck, snorkel with mantas off Nusa Penida, then switch to sunrise yoga, smoothie bowls and Canggu's beach clubs.
