Day by day
Plan for the standard 3 months trip.
Week 1
Land & settle in
Fly into HKT, pick up your scooter, move into your room near camp and do a light intro class.
Weeks 1–4
Foundation month
Two sessions a day, six days a week. Learn the stance, the teep and how to survive the clinch. Sunday = beach.
Weeks 5–8
Conditioning block
Sparring gets more serious. Add strength & conditioning, weekly Thai massage and a Phi Phi island day.
Weeks 9–12
Fight-ready
Peak training. Corner a camp-mate at a local fight night, or take a stadium bout if your trainer clears you.
Week 13
Recovery & fly home
Easy sessions, last beach days, goodbye dinner with the camp.

In transit: Bermudian-status BOTC passport holders can usually transit the US without a visa or ESTA, and can visit or transit the UK visa-free.
Entry rules change. Always confirm with the embassy or your airline before you book.
